The Jerusalem House of Prayer

Over thirty years ago, Tom Hess moved to Jerusalem to launch the "Jerusalem House of Prayer for all nations." Located on the mount of Ascension where Jesus gave the Great Commission, prayer is offered 24/7, for the Church's completion of that original mission. Tom and I are pictured in the photo section standing on the roof of this unique prayer center that shows the names of the original apostles and the direction they would have gone after the Lord's commissioning.
Every year Tom has a convocation for leaders from all over the world who are working to plant churches. The dates of the conference will be Sept. 12-26 2007, in Jerusalem. I am scheduled to attend and have been invited as a speaker as well. In the days to come, I pray that we will be able to have many ministry times for the members of Bethel and Every Nation churches in the Holy Land.
I have to say congratulations to Tom on his recent marriage to Kate. Tom, whom many said was a "confirmed bachelor", has truly met his match! Tom and Kate will be with us in Nashville in November for a time of ministry at Bethel. This photo of us was taken at a local cafe near the prayer center.
